Preparation

| 1) Take out the stage plate from Cellwatcher |
2) Put Cellwatcher in the temp. controller, and preheat in 37C degree. |
3) Prepare CulturePal (with glass-window type container) |
|
|
|
|
|
|
5) Put the sachet into the container
|
6) Tighten the container
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
8) Adjust x-y, zoom, and focus.
|
