Comparing to the conventional Cell Culture Monitoring Systemh which needed CO2 gas cylinder, this new system is;

3) No need to deal with the gas cylinder
4) Less contamination
5) Stable temperature
Preparation
1) Take out the stage plate from Cellwatcher 2) Put Cellwatcher in the temp. controller, and preheat in 37C degree. 3) Prepare CulturePal (with glass-window type container)
4) Take out the CulturePal sachet
5) Put the sachet into the container
6) Tighten the container
7) Put the container onto Cellwatcher.
8) Adjust x-y, zoom, and focus.
9) Close the door and run the program.
